Refund urgently

British Airways I demand an urgent full refund for my BA flight that was cancelled yesterday ,Harare to Johannesburg . I now need to travel by vehicle and need this money to do so. There is absolutely no response from Comair and we are told to just "wait and see what happens". I CANNOT DO THIS.I need this refund urgently
