Refund for unauthorised debit

I'm writing this review as a last resort to try and claim a refund for money that was deducted from my account by British Airways on 19 June 2019. The amount of R2485 was deducted 4 days after I paid and confirmed a flight for R2363,61 – a flight which I actually took. The other amount was deducted without a OTP or confirmation from me. I'm now desperately trying to get my money back as I spent the R2363,61 as a last resort to make it to PE for my dad's 70th.. but then i was hit by another amount, which i frankly could not even afford as my account is now in minus, and its affecting my other debit orders which i'm not struggling with.
