REFUND

I booked a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town but i cancelled the booking like 10mins after i was promised a refund in 7days working days it is now two weeks later i still haven't received my money nor communication from the company. I am still awaiting my refund i have decided to do an expo with a local newspaper as it has come to my attention that I'm not the 1st person to struggle with the airline company. CAN I JUST HAVE MY MONEY BACK !!!!!! I will give you till next week on Monday that your Flippin company pays me back.
