Refund

I booked a flight with them and on the website I was told that my payment wasn’t successful and I didn’t receive any flight confirmation because my payment was unsuccessful I booked with another airline but now I see that the payment was deducted from my account. I’m calling their contact centre and I’m not winning, I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes to be put through their to their agent. This is not the first time this is happening. It’s so frustrating dealing with this airline
