R2,96 Refund on a R1200 - Full refund request

I booked a flight for 2 people, paid R1,2K and a few days later received an email to say the flight has been cancelled, we can either book another flight or request a refund. A refund was request and R2,96 was refunded. We queried with British Airways and they saying we must contact the international branch, we've done so and had no feedback. We'd like our full refund!
