I am extremely apologetic for the lapse in service from our side . I believe there was insufficient communication between our team from the airport and our contact center . Our staff are trained and equipped with the necessary tools to deal effectively, efficiently and professionally with any type of situation and thus we are disappointed to hear of your experience. Your concerns regarding the manner in which you were treated has been forwarded to the Airport Manager as we take poor service delivery seriously .

I am aware the lady at the contact center had correctly quoted and the payment was meant to be taken at the airport , due to a lapse from the airport side the fare was not saved and a new quote was given . I am pleased the situation was diffused and you were assisted accordingly albeit a bit later .

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention as this assists us to create a better service for you and all our customers. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity of a response.
