Promised Voucher

Good Day,

I am hoping I can finally get some assistance on the following:

On the 29 August 2016 I had booked a flight from Durban King Shaka Airport to O R Tambo in Johannesburg. Upon arrival at the airport I was informed that there was a group of French Tourists who had to be in Johannesburg ASAP to catch a connecting flight. The lady at your counter informed me that the BA flight was thus over booked and if I could be so kind to accept a voucher to the value of R2000 and take a 30 min later flight via Kulula. I informed her that I do not travel BA all the time and I usually fly Kulula to which she said its fine, the voucher will be made out to Kulula.

Since then I have tried with no avail to get the promised R2000 voucher I can use with my Kulula booking.

Please look in and revert back to me as to where this Voucher is??? Was I just conned into taking a Kulula flight to cover up the fact that planning was done badly on BA side??? I am disgusted that 18 months have passed and nobody has given me what was promised.
