Poorly Handled Delays

Our flight BA 6230 on the 15th November flying out of Port Elizabeth was delayed multiple time moving from 18h35 to 22h40 eventually.

This is a unacceptably long delay in a country where a flight can be maximum 2 hours from any one point to another.

I'm ure this could have been handled better.
