Poor services

<p>Please be advised that I booked a flight with British Airways with booking *** and when I called during the day to make changes on my reservation my call was transferred to overseas and their agent cancelled my booking and promised that they will refund me in full within 4 to 7 working days. However when a call the call centre they are now singing a different tune, and refusing to refund me my money. I have experienced a very poor services and British Airways is not reliable at all..</p>
