Poor service on British airways BA 6300 DBN TO CPT

I booked a flight BA 6300 from Durban to Cape town the departure was 06:20 AM, you have 45 minutes prior to board , I was at the line at 05:33AM and they refused over the 45 minutes prior to boarding rule on their website.

I had miss a full day of work and paid R627 for the lack of applying company policy, I want a refund
