poor service from British Airways

I've called BA more than three times and didn't get to speak to anybody. i was on hold for half an hour and then almost 45minutes another day. I also went onto the website but didn't find what I needed. I spoke to the chat bot and was told that they cannot help me and to contact the call center. it is very disappointing to have to run around just to get a ticket changed. can no one help me out. please.....
