Poor service - combo30046

In February 2015 my trip from Harare to Jhb I had an incident where by my luggage bag value of $350 got damaged. British Airways Comair promised to reimburse me. I was given a temporal bag to use in the meantime then after they bought me a bag as promised. However the bag that they bought me was not of the same quality as the one I had as this one was of cheap quality that did not last long only used for two months and the bag was worn-out. I logged a complaint and was advised they will look in to the matter and re-issue me another bag. To date I have not received anything. On that very day in the same bag that got torn I had a pair of shoes that went missing at the value of R6 000 and company document. When I logged a complaint I was referred to a different department as I was advised different people deal with different issues. I even went to the extent of going to the police station as I was advised to and given documents to fill in on the 5th of Feb and to date I have not received any positive feedback. For how long must one wait to get his issue resolved. I am truly disappointed as to how my matter is being handled as no one is doing anything on their side.In February 2015 my
