Poor service after Delayed Flight

My Flight was delayed From Windhoek to JHB for 23 Hours and I subsequently went true Hell …… I am still stuck in this country and nobody is communicating to us. They kept us waiting on the airport for 5 Hours before moving us to a hotel .In the heat with no food or water. Yes a flight can be delayed but don’t treat us like animals. The best parts is tomorrow is my Birthday and I won’t be present on my birthday party at home. I am not happy with this …….I am not happy with the way we have been treated .My basic human rights was taken away from me I felt if I was treated like an animal.
