Poor Service

On Friday 21 April 2017 I returned to Johannesburg from Windhoek on BA 6274 (13h55 departure). This flight usually has a lot of tourists, and I find it useful to take advantage of the special offer to upgrade to business class which affords me more space for hand luggage, and a quick exit on the way home. In total there were 5 people in business class that day. Unfortunately, I never got the young man's name was was on duty in that cabin, however, as a frequent flyer on that route, I am used to excellent service by the staff. That day, however, it was an hour after take off before any sign of service.... the staff sat around in the front gally chatting amongst themselves. Eventually I was offered some food, and when I asked for something to drink as well, it seemed like he was doing me a favour. I was not asked if I wanted anything else when he cleared away. They had taken my jacket to hang up, and when I asked for it upon disembarking, the remark was ... "Oh... did you have a jacket?"... it was the only one in the cupboard!!!!! and the crew hung it up in the first place!!!!!! How can you not remember 5 people!!!!!!!! One old lady in a wheel chair, another old lady, and 3 men????

This was definitely one of poorest services I have ever had on British Airways.
