Poor service

I had drive in the middle of night due to the poor arrangements of British airways management. I was stuck at OR Tambo international airport for more than 5hours (17:35 to 22:00). Worse when they said I will not be compensated yet if you late with 5minutes you have to rebook or pay extra money. I only arrived at my house at 01:30am Flight no. BA6225
