Poor help and assistance to an elderly lady after organizing with the company

BA6248 from Port Elizabeth to OR Tambo in Johannesburg. My mom is 87 years old and has difficulty in walking, therefore I organized assistance from British Airways. We had assistance in PE but she has been waiting 20 minutes on the aircraft at Jhb as NO assistance is available!
