Poor customer service.

Worst customer care ever. This is the second time I have had a problem with Kulula I have been trying from 9.00am until 2.00pm to get hold of anyone but no answer. I had called the customer care line 6 times and the kulula holiday number +/-20 times since the morning and no answer. Is anyone working there? It's frustrating when you need something so simple to be done and there is no assistance.
