Poor customer service, British Airways Comair

Shocking!!!! customer service British Airways Comair, with a call centre agent not paying attention to details provided, yawning constantly during the conversation, trying to speak while yawning, refusing bluntly to let me speak to a supervisor and overall treating me with disrespect. Oh, and that was after being on hold for more than 20 minutes. Misleading information on the website and the customer service portal on the website is rigid and not user friendly at all.
