Poor customer service

I want to make urgent changes to my booking. I sent an email but I got a reply saying I should call the airline. I have been calling since last week and there's no answer. I am unable to make the changes and the date of my departure is fast approaching. this is my last resort. I don't know what to do. this is poor customer service.
