Poor Customer Care

I am very disappointed with the Service that i got from Kulula, I have been calling the call centre on ( ***) for the past 5 days without success. I tried to cancel my booking which was made on the 09th for the 11th of September because the meeting had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I also submitted two queries through the contact form on the Kulula Website to no avail. Very disappointing service from such a big Airliner
