Personal attention

Thabang was the Cabin Controller on BA Flight BA6236 from PE to Jhb on 7 April 2015. I travel fairly extensively both locally and internationally and I was very impressed with Thabang's personal attention. When he checked the passenger boarding pass he would address you by your name and ask how your day was. Each greeting was a different greeting which added to the personal attention. Thabang is an absolute asset to BA/Comair and it is refreshing to get such a great level of personal attention in what is not always the most glamorous of professions. Well done to Thabang.
