Permanently late and delayed

Been traveling since last night, Heathrow to JHB flight delayed by 2 hours, now in JHb trying to get to CTN, flight delayed by 3 hours.

Is it not amazing how flights are allowed to be late and delayed, but passengers are not allowed to do neither! this is so frustrating,
