Pathetic service of an International company

Very bad experience Call centre is pathetic. My flight was canceled after a week of the announcement and offered another flight with SAA or Airlink but then no flights are available but if I check for flights there are available. This is just a hoax to try and make BA lion better. No options available really pathetic of an International company!!!
