Pathetic Service

No service now I believe the video that's trending on Facebook about our suite cases being thrown when they pack them I bought suite case a day before I flew from JHB to PE on the 20th of November 2019 when I landed the handle was broken they gave me a loner bag my suitcase was a day old only receive my bag now on the 27th of December only realised at home that the handle they put is different colour from the suitcase only when I was home this is really not nice no customer service at all
