Pathetic service!

It is not the first time that our International Guests luggage gets lost with British Airways! You can phone the number *** / *** and there is just no one at the other end to answer the phones! It is an absolute disgrace! Where is the service! You can send email to *** and no answer! Employ people that will actually do their jobs!
