PATHETIC SERVICE

Pathetic service. We were suppose to board at 14:40 to depart for JHB at 15:10. Without any notice they delayed the flight with an hour. Also rebooked our flight on 12 March for Capetown without any compensation and would not answer their phones for 30 minutes. I have never had such poor service with any flight service. Absolutely horrific
