Pathetic flight management service.

I tried to change the date of my BA return flight from Cape Town but the Kulula website does not allow this for BA flights and guides you to the call centre which is highly annoying. I tried this method but after half an hour of waiting I gave up and decided to come home early. In future I am going to check the other airlines before flying with Kulula again. The same goes for BA.
