Pathetic British Airways customer services

British Airways are unable to respond to complaints when they lose luggage. instead of any attempt to respond to a very civil customer complaint, they rather ignore emails and calls hoping that it will disappear like their reputation. I will not belabour the detail of being stuck in Mthatha without your luggage and business presentations for a business meeting, not that BA cares. I will do what I can to avoid BA services simply for its pathetic customer services.
