Paid for a seat but was sent to the back od the plane!!

I booked flights for my husband AND paid for a seat A10 return. When I did the check in, they put him in 19F. I tried to change to seat several times with no luck. They stole our money we payed for a seat!! No beter than SAA!! 🙈😡 Shame on them!!
