Overall disappointing!!!!

For an airline that that prides themselves as being a great British institution you are just plain pathetic. It is no wonder that Comair went into business rescue. It is just as bad as the SAA!!! I booked three tickets and later on decided that I am willing to pay for a little extra comfort so I paid for all three tickets to sit at the emergency exit. Guess what? When we boarded the aircraft the seat numbers were the same but we were not seated at the emergency exit. Why were our seats changed? there were other people occupying the emergency exit seats and there seats were not changed!!!!! We were, furthermore, not even offered bottled water on the flight. Even Safair is better than this. The seat that I occupied seemed to be broken as I was unable to seat myself properly without it moving backwards!
