Open luggage upon arriving at PE Airport.

I flew BA in November last year from ORT to PE. When we landed in PE it took us almost 15 min to get of the plane. Upon waiting on my luggage I saw a staff member with my suitecase . I ran after him and he said that my suitecase broke. The staff at PE Airport said that there is nothing that they can do as the bag arrived from ORT this way. The rude staff member gave me tape and assisted me with my suitecase. When I got home I saw a fee items that's missing. I phoned PE Airport and they told me to sort it out with BA. When I emailed BA they told me to contact Comair. It has been months and I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I need my items to be returnes and I will never fly BA again!!!!!!!! I also need to know what happened between ORT the air and PE Airport.
