One in a million staff memeber

Earlier this year I had some issues booking 6 international flights with my Vitality discounts. I managed to get in touch with a lady by the name of Jane Safr (Special Projects Supervisor) who assisted me with getting the bookings sorted out. Unfortunately my father (one of the passengers) was diagnosed with brain cancer and the trip had to be cancelled due to him being declared not fit to travel and the treatment he is still undergoing . I again contacted Jane who was as friendly and willing to assist as the first time i dealt with her. She advised me what the best option would be for us and assisted me in getting my tickets refunded.

Even now, months after this was resolved I still receive mails from Jane to see how my father is doing and to let me know that my family is in her thoughts and prayers.

It is not often that you come across such amazing staff that are willing to help and go the extra mile go above and beyond what they are required to do
