Nonsense service zero communication skills

Very nonsense poor service. I am supposed to fly at 15h50 flight BA 6240. We are just waiting no one to tell us about our flight as to whether it is cancelled or delayed. The next flight to Johannesburg os 19h00. Why cant Brotosh airways just communicate with us.
