non-fulfilment of contract
I bought a return ticket to London from Johannesburg South Africa, Unfortunately I have had a burst artery and been hospitalized. I contacted British Airways to inform them that I would need to change my dates as I have been advised not to fly from my doctor. I spoke to a Vipin who was totally unhelpful and very arrogant. Bottom line is that If i don't fly it will be deemed as a no show and I will lose everything,
I find that totally unfair as this was a medical condition with a medical certificate, I was not asking to cancel just postpone until i am fit to fly again. I will be seeking legal advise on non fulfillment of contract.
Cancelling my hotel and car was very easy and painless with a full refund no questions asked.
Shame on you BA you will never see me again.
