No way to make contact!! Bad customer service!
It is impossible to get hold of British Airways! I phoned three times today and spent more than an hour on the phone! I urgently need to speak to Executive Club about my Avios, but clearly customers belonging to the loyalty program is not important.<br> <br> I request to be phoned urgently at ***.<br> <br> Daleen
