No service for high priced tickets by rude ground hostess

Worst Service ever received. We checked in on line for flight to Cape town flight BA6427 at 16:00, and because of bad traffic we were by counter at 15.20. Lady who assisted us with a very rude attitude with name Karabo that just refused to assist us. She kept on saying that are we aware that we late and we kept on apologising. She did not even try to assit us. We paid R15000 for the 3 tickeys and had to pay an additional R1200 because of her.
