No service

We had flights that were booked and paid for but were not used due to the first lockdown. When you phone the offices to find out about vouchers and how long they are valid for and how they may be used, you get NO reply. When you email them it's the same story...no reply!!! Their service is absolutely pathetic, or rather, it's just non existent.
