No reply from British Airways Comair

We booked tickets last week Sunday and then had to cancel plans. Since Monday we have been trying to move our ticket date or time to more suitable. I have tried calling and held on for hours. Ive sent emails to email address: *** on BA website and doesnt even get reply.
