No refund payed back

I purchased a ticket on areginal flight and I couldn't fly due to covid and couldn't get my money back and said I must fly I call the number they don't answer I just want my money back their service was so back for me and to make things worse I have a dieses tht can not allow me to fly in the future I need my money back
