No Refund, No Response
<p>What the hell BA?<br /><br />Quick to take my money for the flight, and quick to cancel when requested, but when it comes down to actually refunding my ticket: After 10 business days, and nothing... Oh no, wait... R 9.40 refund. That's a **** joke (and not even a funny one).<br /><br />On top of that, over a week of having sent 2 e-mails, and not even the courtesy of a **** reply!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What the hell???</p>
