No customer service from BA South Africa!

Since my last review I still have heard nothing from BA. No calls, no emails no communication what so ever. I am still waiting for the info on the vouchers no feed back what so ever. Their service is shocking! No customer service at all is South Africa. Regards, Lisa (Nominee)
