No customer service!

I have been trying for months to get a refund for a South African domestic flight that I booked and paid for in 2020. Despite several emails I am still no nearer get tings a refund. Someone did respond asking for my ticket details but since then absolutely no response. A big company like BA should have better customer service. Help!
