No communication channel works at british airways

My experience starts after buying a ticket on british-airways' website. I received no confirmation/notification of my payment. This would not be a problem if it was possible to contact this company. I challenge you to find an email address to a human on this website https://www.britishairways.com/travel/home/public/en_za/ . Congratulations if you do - 3 days and waiting for a response. The cellphone number is permanently on hold. Be aware if you do encounter trouble with British airways it will be impossible to sort it out on time.
