no bag,no call centre operators
I arrived in jackson,US,no bag had to wait a day flight back arrived in Cape town,no bag. I can't get hold of claims department for info on a claim for clothes etc i have to buy for work,as i don't want to buy the stuff and then they tell me they wont pay. I've spent more than 1hr on the phone waiting for a consultant to answer. So dissapointing from a reputable company as this. Unacceptable
