Never using British Airways again

British Airways Website gives people an option to Cancel and get a Refund only after you have filled the form you will find out they gave you a Voucher. I never want to travel with them again so there is no use giving people Vouchers!. Their Communication is on ZERO. They do not reply to anything! I do not need a Voucher. Can we get what is written on the Website please!
