Never on time, no communication

Over the course of the last two years I have flown BA multiple times (domestically in SA), booked on my behalf for business travel. I can only recall ONCE that we boarded on time. All other flights were either late or very late. Passengers are not informed and queue up like idiots, waiting for nothing. To my mind, BA is synonymous with late departure. I have not had the same experience with other airlines, aside from sporadic events. I would NOT recommend BA for domestic flights in SA.
