Never fly BA
British Airways, your service is pathetic. I fly for business with you regularly but you can never get your act together and actually leave on time, every time I fly with you my flight is late or delayed!!! It is extremely frustrating and with the ridiculous prices you charge you should really be offering a more realiable service. I will not be flying with with this useless airline again!!!

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I do apologise for the frustration caused due to the delay experienced.
We try hard to keep to our published schedule as we understand the impact it has on our customers. Any delays to our schedule due to factors within our control are only imposed when absolutely necessary as it has a business impact on us as well. Some occasions, we have no alternatives and in such cases, we do have to impose the delay. Unfortunately from a scheduling perspective, aircrafts flying other routes may also be impacted if an aircraft is delayed on these routes and then is operating a subsequent route. It is never our wish to disappoint our customers , however in the airline industry nothing is set in stone due to the nature of our business. On time performance is a prime area of focus for us and we always review any disruption we have imposed and what alternatives we can use for future.
We apologise to you for being unable to meet your expectations on this occasion and we do hope that we will be provided a further opportunity to restore your faith in our services at some time in the future.
