Never Again British Airways !

This morning after arriving in time to book in for our flight from Johannesburg to Durban, chaos insued after we tried to check out baggage in, the conveyer belts were not working and we were told our baggage would be at our destination. Only to arrive and be told that only 8 of the bags for the flight had arrived and the rest of us would be contacted when our baggage arrived. It has now been 7 hours with ZERO contact and I am still sitting without ANY luggage !! This is unacceptable British Airways !
