Name changing on the Tickets

I have a complaint with British Airways, I have been calling, Emailing them for 1 month and 2 weeks to this date no response. someone was chatting with me on Twitter a day before yesterday, now they are no longer responding. I want to change the name on the ticket because the holder, unfortunately, passed away. I travelling on the 26th November 2021
