Mpho should be fired

Saturday 15 june. Gate d1. 3pm ba flight from or tambo to durban. My wife and i are amongst the first to arrive. Sitting here for 2 hours. Flight delayed. Only when its time to board, this rude lady mpho tells me to join the back of the queue. Yet i have been siiting here on the first seat right next to the check in counter. My wife wasnt feeling well as well. Such unfriendly, rude service from her. We are disgusted. Our weekend trip is spoilt. I hate british airways
